4.00mm & 5.00mm crochet hooks
5 small buttons
GAUGE -
4ps and 2 rows of pattern measures approx 1 Inch using 4.00mm hook

Jacket -
Using color 1 and 5.00mm hook, ch44, change to 4.00mm hook, (WS) work 1ps (see abbrev) in 4th ch from hook, 1ps in each of next ch3, (front), (1dc, ch2, 1dc) in next ch, 1ps in each of next 8ch, (shoulder), (1dc, ch2, 1dc) in next ch, 1ps in each of next 12ch, (back), (1dc, ch2, 1dc) in next ch, 1ps in each of next 8ch, (shoulder), (1dc, ch2, 1dc) in next ch, 1ps in each of next 4ch, 1dc into last ch. Turn. (36ps, 9dc, 4, ch2 spaces + ch3)
Row 2 -
Row 3 -
Rpt Rows 2 & 3 until seven rows have been worked in all, you should have 93st, 4, ch2 spaces + ch3 at the end of Row 7.
Row 8 -
Row 9 -
Row 10 -
Row 11 -
Rpt Rows 10 and 11 until 16 rows have been worked from beginning. Fasten off.
Sleeves x 2 -
With WS facing and 4.00mm hook rejoin yarn to ch2 space underarm where you divided, ch3, work 1ps in each of next 26dc, 1dc in ch2 space on opposite side of sleeve, sl st to top of ch3 on beginning of row. Turn. (27st + 3ch)
Next Row -
Rpt rows alternately one ps row followed by one dc row until 8 rows have been worked from division. Fasten off. Turn.
Cuff -
Starting with ch1, 1sc in base of ch1, work 1sc in each sc to end, sl st to first sc. Turn.
Rpt last row once. Fasten off.
Button/Buttonhole Bands -
With RS facing, join color 2 to lower edge of right hand side of front edge, ch1, 1sc in base of ch1, work 33 more sc evenly up first front edge to corner, 3sc in corner, 1sc in each ch around neck to next corner, 3sc in corner, work 33sc evenly down second front edge to corner, 3sc in corner, 1sc in each dc along bottom of jacket to next corner, 1sc in corner, sl st to first sc. Turn.
Next Row -
Starting with ch1, 1sc in base of ch1, work 1sc in each sc to neck edge. Fasten off.
Return to buttonhole side of front bands and working from neck downwards, join in color 2, ch1, 1sc in base of ch1, 1sc in each sc and ch2 space to corner. Fasten off.
Finishing -
Pants -
Continue repeating rows alternately one dc row followed by one ps row until 11 rows have been worked or work measures approx 5 Inches from beginning. Turn.
Divide for legs -
Continue on these stitches in the same way repeating rows alternately one ps row followed by one dc row plus slip stitching and turning at the end of each row until 10 rows have been worked from division or until leg seam measures approx 5 inches Turn. Fasten off.
Cuff -
Starting with ch1, 1sc in base of ch1, work 1sc in each sc to end, sl st to first sc. Turn. Rpt last row once. Fasten off.
Second Leg -
With WS of work facing and color 1, work 72sc evenly along cast on edge at waist, sl st to first sc on beginning of row. Turn.
Starting with ch1, 1sc in base of ch1, work 1sc in each sc to end, sl st to first sc on beginning of row. Turn. Rpt last row twice. Fasten off.
Chain Tie -
Finishing -
Helmet -
With color 2, ch6 and join with a sl st to form a ring, ch3, work 13dc in ring, join with sl st to top of ch3 on beginning of row. Turn.
