GAUGE - 2 groups and 3 rows measures approx 1 Inch

Overalls - Using 4.00mm hook ch96, being careful not to twist the ch length, sl st to first ch to make a round, ch1, (WS) 1sc in base of ch1, work 1sc in each ch to end, sl st to first sc on beginning of row. Turn. (96sc)


Next Row - ch1, (1sc, 1hdc, 1dc) in base of ch1, * skip 2sc, (1sc, 1hdc, 1dc) in next sc, * rpt from * to * to last 2sc, skip 2sc, sl st to first sc on beginning of row. Turn. (32 groups)


Pattern Row - ch1, (1sc, 1hdc, 1dc) in base of ch1, * skip 1dc and 1hdc, work (1sc, 1hdc, 1dc) in next sc, * rpt from * to * to last dc and hdc, skip 1dc and hdc, sl st to first sc on beginning of row. Turn.


Rpt Pattern Row until 23 rows have been worked or work measures approx 6 inches.  


Divide for legs


First Leg - ch1, (1sc, 1hdc, 1dc) in base of ch1, * skip 1dc and 1hdc, work (1sc, 1hdc, 1dc) in next sc, * rpt from * to * over next 14 groups, sl st to first sc on beginning of row, turn leaving 16 groups un-worked.


Continue with Pattern Row on these 17 groups until 20 rows have been worked or leg seam measures approx 5.5 inches. Turn.


Second Leg - With WS facing return to remaining un-worked stitches at division, skip 1dc and 1hdc, rejoin yarn to next sc, work Pattern Row over next 16 groups, skip 1dc, 1hdc and sc, sl st to first sc on beginning of row.


Continue with Pattern Row and work same as first leg. Fasten off.


With RS of work facing, rejoin yarn with a sl st to cast on edge at waist, ch1, 1sc in base of ch1, work 95 more sc evenly along edge, sl st to first sc on beginning of row. Turn. (96sc)


Eyelet Row - ch1, 1sc in base of ch1, * ch2, skip 1sc, 1sc in each of next 2sc, * rpt from * to * to last 2sc, ch2, skip 1sc, 1sc in last sc, sl st to first sc on beginning of row. Turn.


Next Row - ch1, 1sc in base of ch1, 1sc in each sc and ch2 space to end. Fasten off. (96sc)


Bib


Front - With WS facing and counting from back seam, skip 28sc, rejoin yarn to next sc, ch1, (1sc, 1hdc, 1dc) in base of ch1, * skip 2sc, work (1sc, 1hdc, 1dc) in next sc, * rpt from * to * 10 more times, skip 2sc, 1sc in next sc. Turn. (12 groups)


Row 2 - ch1, (1sc, 1hdc, 1dc) in base of ch1, * skip 1dc and 1hdc, work (1sc, 1hdc, 1dc) in next sc, * rpt from * to * to last dc, hdc and sc, skip dc and hdc, 1sc in sc. Turn.


Rpt Row 2 until 15 rows have been worked or work measures approx 4 inches. Turn.


Shape Neck - ch1, (1sc, 1hdc, 1dc) in base of ch1, * skip 1dc and 1hdc, work (1sc, 1hdc, 1dc) in next sc, * rpt from * to * once, skip 1dc and hdc, 1sc in last sc. Turn. (3 groups)


Work Row 2 four more times. Fasten off.


Return to remaining stitches on neck, skip 17 stitches, rejoin yarn to next sc, work in pattern as set to end. Turn. Continue on these 3 groups to match same as first side. Fasten off.


Bib Front Edging - With WS facing and starting at lower edge by waist band, work 20sc evenly in row ends up side of bib to corner, 3sc in corner, 8sc across shoulder, 3sc in corner, 25sc evenly around neck edge to next corner, 3sc in corner, 8sc across second shoulder, 3sc in corner, 20sc evenly in row ends down second side of bib. Turn. Starting with ch1, 1sc in base of ch1, work one more row of 1sc in each sc around front of bib, working 3sc in corners. Fasten off.


Bib Back - With WS facing and starting from the bottom of bib front, skip 11sc, rejoin yarn to next sc, ch1, (1sc, 1hdc, 1dc) in base of ch1, * skip 2sc, work (1sc, 1hdc, 1dc) in next sc, * rpt from * to * 10 more times, skip 2sc, 1sc in next sc. Turn. (12 groups) you should have 11sc left un-worked.


Work in pattern as set until 20 rows have been worked. Turn.


Next Row - ch1, 1sc in base of ch, work 1sc in next each of 10st. Turn.


Starting with ch1, 1sc in base of ch1, work 1sc in each sc to end. Turn. Rpt last row twice more (11sc)


Next Row - (Buttonholes) ch1, 1sc in base of ch1, 1sc in next sc, ch2, skip 1sc, 1sc in next 5sc, ch2, skip 1sc, 1sc in last 2sc. Turn. Starting with ch1, 1sc in base of ch1, work 1 more row of 1sc in each sc and ch2 space to end. Fasten off.


Return to remaining stitches on neck, skip 15 stitches, rejoin yarn to next st, ch1, 1sc in base of ch1, 1sc in each of next 10st, complete second side same as first. Fasten off.


Bib Back Edge - With WS  facing starting at lower edge by waist band, edge evenly with 2 rows of sc in same way as you did for front of bib, working 3sc in each corner and 9sc across shoulders not 8sc. Fasten off.


Finishing - Close small gap on crotch, tack 4 corners of bib to waistband, weave in and trim off any loose ends of yarn, attach buttons to correspond with buttonholes on shoulders, thread ribbon through eyelet holes on waist and tie with a bow.
