6.00mm, 5.00mm & 4.50mm crochet hooks

TENSION - 1.5 groups and 1.5 rows measure approx 1 Inch using 5.00mm hook

With 6.00mm hook make 130ch, change to 5.00mm hook, work 3tr into 5th ch from hook, * miss 2ch, 3tr into next ch, * rpt from * to * to last 2ch, miss 1ch, 1tr into last ch. Turn. (42, 3tr groups)

Pattern Row 1 - 1ch, 1dc into base of 1ch, miss 1tr, * (1dc, 2ch, 1dc) into next tr, miss 2tr, * rpt from * to * to last 3tr group and 3ch to turn with, (1dc, 2ch, 1dc) into the centre tr of the next 3tr group, miss 1tr, 1dc into top of 3ch. Turn. (42, 2ch spaces)

Pattern Row 2 - 3ch, 3tr into each 2ch space to end, 1tr into last dc. Turn.

Rpt Pattern Rows 1 & 2 until 39, 3tr group rows have been worked in all. Turn.

Next Row - 1ch, 1dc into base of 1ch, make 1ch, miss 1tr, * 1dc into next tr, make 2ch, miss 2tr, * rpt from * to * to last 3tr group and 3ch to turn with, 1dc into centre tr of 3tr group, make 1ch, miss 1tr, 1dc into top of 3ch. Turn.

Border - Change to 4.50mm hook, 1ch, 2dc into base of 1ch, 1dc into 1ch space, * 1dc into dc, 2dc into 2ch space, * rpt from * to * to last dc, 1ch space and dc, work 1dc into dc, 1dc into 1ch space, 3dc into last dc, working down first side of blanket work 116dc evenly into row ends to corner, 3dc into corner, 1dc into each ch along cast on edge to corner, 3dc into corner, 116dc evenly into row ends up second side of blanket to corner, 1dc into corner, ss to first dc on beginning of row. Turn.

Starting with 1ch, 2dc into base of 1ch, work 1dc into each dc around all sides of blanket, working 3dc into each of the 3 corners, 1dc into base of 1ch, ss to first dc on beginning of row. Turn.

Next Row - 3ch, 1tr into base of 3ch, * make 1ch, miss 1dc, 1tr into next dc, * rpt from * to * around all four sides of blanket working 3tr into each of the 3 corners, 1tr into base of 3ch, ss to top of 3ch on beginning of row. Turn.

Starting with 1ch, 2dc into base of 1ch, work 1dc into each tr and 1ch space around all four sides of blanket, working 3dc into each of the 3 corners, 1dc into base of 1ch, ss to first dc on beginning of row. Turn.

Next Row - 1ch, * (1dc, 3ch, 1dc) into base of 1ch, miss 2dc, * rpt from * to * around all four sides of blanket to end ss to first dc on beginning of row. Fasten off.

Finishing - Weave in all loose ends of yarn and trim.
